Isles of Ferum has interactive turn-based combat with options to interact with the enemy in different ways in addition to violence! Featuring choice-based progression.  You can complete multiple quest lines simultaneously instead of being restricted to a single linear path.

Has an upbeat story with comedic elements however, all is not as it seems...
